How we shortlist venues and career spotlights
Fatrix mixes editorial scrutiny with plainly labelled sponsorship. These gates keep careers copy from collapsing into generic jobs blurbs—and they protect readers hunting entertainment venue jobs from employers who omit material facts.
Evidence we request
Published safeguarding contacts, whistleblower routes, and break policies carry more weight than logo slides. For hospitality staff initiatives, we favour organisations that cite training hours and evaluation loops, not just glossy LMS screenshots.
Separation of church and casino
Sponsored operator tiles never inherit the editorial voice of our service industry positions explainers. Financial incentives cannot buy a “recommended employer” ribbon on fatrix.co.uk.
Refresh cadence
Quarterly we re-open files for venues we have featured. If whistleblower chatter escalates or licensing news shifts, we downgrade or remove pages—even when it disappoints commercial partners.
Talk to the research cell
Operators and unions may email specifics via our contact form. Include public URLs; we do not honour unnamed dossiers.
