Fatrix (“we”, “us”) operates fatrix.co.uk as an editorial hub for hospitality careers and labelled adult sponsorship. This notice explains what we collect, why we process it, and how you can exercise rights under UK data protection law.

Controller

The data controller is the publishing entity responsible for fatrix.co.uk. For subject-access requests, use the contact form with “Privacy request” in the message body.

Information we may process

• Messages you send via the contact form (name, email address, free-text content).
• Technical metadata from your browser: approximate region from IP, user-agent string, referrer URL, and timestamps.
• Consent signals stored locally (age gate, puzzle completion, cookie choice) — these remain on your device unless we mirror anonymised aggregates server-side.

Legal bases

We rely on legitimate interests to secure the site and understand aggregate readership. Where consent is required for non-essential storage (such as optional analytics), we ask before activating it. Contractual performance applies sparingly—only where you initiate a specific service request.

Retention
